Vacuum Tanks for Vacjet
Vacjet, a leader in the vacuum tanker industry, recently commissioned Petrel Engineering for the fabrication and installation of 24 vacuum tanks, mounting frames, and accessories for their fleet of trucks. Vacuum tank trucks are designed to load solids, liquids, sludge or slurry through suction lines. Vacjet specializes in the cleaning of drains and sewage lines in Southern Africa and utilizes modern technology in order to jet blow water, thereby clearing blockages. Once the blockage has been removed, a vacuum extracts the debris into the tank in order for the residue to be disposed of. A production line has been dedicated to producing the vacuum tanks with current production being two tanks per month, which is anticipated to increase to four tanks per month.
